Everyone deserves to experience Divine health, as we were meant to. However, throughout life, we can lose that divine nature due to various circumstances, some of which we may not even realize.

We put so much effort into training our bodies to look good, act well, and perform at our best so we can do the things we want. But how often do we take care of our minds?

Most people don't focus on their mental health because they assume the mind will always function as they want it to. The truth is, your mind's main purpose is to keep you safe and alive. It's not there to help you do things outside of your comfort zone.

In fact, your mind may try to prevent you from stepping out of your comfort zone by creating stories about why you're incapable or by making you believe there's danger (even when there isn't). It does this to keep you safe, but it can also hold you back from doing what you truly want.

My name is Monika Bammi, and I’m the proud owner of Divine Health, a wellbeing company built on my personal values of creating harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. Spirit refers to that part of life we don’t fully understand yet.

In 1992, I moved to this country after marrying the love of my life. We’ve since built a wonderful family with three amazing children.

I started my journey over 26 years ago when I studied Reiki in India, later continuing my studies in the UK to stay updated. I wasn’t always a wellbeing coach though—I worked in the corporate world until I felt a calling to explore deeper knowledge about how our energies can shift our lives.

I went on to become certified in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and later became certified in Paul McKenna's Hypnotherapy program.

Divine Health & Wellbeing clinic is located at the David Lloyd leisure centre in Moortown, Leeds, where I’ve been helping people for nearly 8 years. In that time, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, including those from far away, offering holistic treatments like NLP, hypnotherapy, Reiki, mind medicine, and energy workshops.

I’ve worked with both famous clients (whom I won’t name) and skeptics, all of whom have experienced life-changing benefits.
