I teach job seekers how to stand out among competition and I teach women the strategies to feel confident to negotiate for higher pay in order to skyrocket their income.

... for transforming lives--lifestyle, mind and body. I believe that to be successful at what you do, you have to start by taking care of your body and that starts with healthy food. I'm a former vegetarian who recently turned vegan and my journey has been so exciting.

You can't just feed your mind with knowledge, you've also gotta feed your mind with healthy, tasty food.

What's all the rest without someone to share life with?

Family is an important part of my life. I'm married to the love of my life and for over 20 years. How time flies when you're having fun!

I'm not going to act like marriage is easy. Creating and keeping a great marriage is hard work for sure! But we want you to have the marriage success we've gained without having to waste time and effort because every effort and minute wasted is one less blissful moment for your marriage. So, we help other married couples have the bliss we experience by giving them the tools they need to refresh and transform their marriage to take it from mediocre, or broken, disconnected and strained to great, whole, connected and blissful using proven biblical strategies. So that's my and my hubby's together-passion.
