It's been a long time in the making, but I nearly have compiled all of my life's work on these pages! It has taken me years of spiritual seeking, emotional growth, hypnotherapy, continuing education, hard knocks, acceptance, and the most difficult of all - "going with the flow" - to get me where I am at this point in my life. I had to push through being shy, mortal terror at speaking in front of strangers, overcoming low self-esteem, but after all is said and done, I really like who I am and what I do for a living. I get to help other people in the world find their own version of what I've learned so far. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to introduce new thoughts and ideas, provide inspiration and a safe and non-judgmental environment with which to pull it all together. I believe in me, and I believe in you. All things are possible.
