About LR Wellness

LR Wellness was born from the personal pain that Lise experienced in 2020 losing multiple people during the pandemic. She decided to create a program that moves the pain to passion towards helping people through grief. With so many people not being able to access resources in a timely way she created an online course The Grief Warrior Program that could be accessed 24-7 digitally and from your fingertips as long as you had a device and wifi connection.

The years of experience of being a social worker, computer savvy and wisdom from the Elders helped her to shape this program into a life and legacy affecting change and healing to those who feel hopeless, fearful and stuck. This program helps people to move their pain into being empowered to memorialize loved ones through developing legacy assets and having virtual ceremonies,  healing  techniques by understanding the rites of passage of life and death  with tools to heal with the medicine wheel or the Ho'oponopono and kickstarting life after loss and trauma.

The LR Wellness is on a mission to help 100,000 people come to terms with grief and to make a difference in the world of sorry to peace, love and happiness.

You deserve the best life!

“Helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.”
