I once was stuck in a vicious ugly triggering cycle in my marriage. It got so bad we separated after 36 years of marriage.
I decided to get help and deal with my childhood trauma, of abuse and emotional neglect which were the roots of my triggers.
After intense counselling and various courses I took, I created a triggered worksheet that helps me deal with my feelings, thoughts and choices in healthy ways.
I now walk in emotional freedom and peace.
My husband and I are back together, and we use this worksheet to turn our triggers into times of intimacy!
